UK SHIPPING

We provide free shipping to mainland UK addresses on orders over £60.00.

For orders under £60.00, we offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery (£2.99): Estimated processing and shipping time of 3-6 working days for orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location and during busy periods.
Express Delivery (£7.99): Estimated processing and shipping time of 2-3 working days for orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that "working days" are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. UK bank holidays are not included in "working days".

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cover all customs charges and import duties on all deliveries, and shipping is free when you spend over £250.00.

We offer the following delivery options:

Europe:

FedEx Economy: 3-6 working days depending on location.
DHL Express: 1-3 working days depending on location.

US / Canada:

FedEx US Economy: 3-10 working days. Free on orders over £250.
DHL Express: 2-6 working days.

Rest of the World:

DHL Express: 3-10 working days.

TRACKING

We provide tracking numbers on all orders once fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team. These can be used to follow the progress of your delivery and in some cases to change address or delivery details if required.
