Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Robore Mentis Apparel, you agree to the following terms:

1. Monthly Pre-Order Window
Pre-orders are collected and submitted to our Portuguese manufacturers on the 1st of each month. If you place your pre-order after this date, your item will be included in the following month’s production run.

2. Made-to-Order Production
Each pre-order is made specifically for you. This ensures reduced waste, premium quality, and the ability to secure your desired size and style—even for limited-run colours.

3. Dispatch & Delivery
Once production is complete and the items arrive at our HQ, we’ll dispatch your order immediately. While lead times may vary slightly depending on volume and production schedules, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

4. Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will dispatch the in-stock items right away. Pre-order items will follow as soon as they arrive.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-orders, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item goes into production and cannot be cancelled or altered.

6. Missed the Deadline?
If you miss the cut-off date for a pre-order (1st of the month), don’t worry—you can still place your order, and it will be included in the next month’s production cycle.
